Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) Update

Abstract:

The presentations will provide an overview of the legacy well problem in Pennsylvania as well as discuss on going work associated with the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act work in Pennsylvania.  This work is an unprecedented opportunity to address legacy wells within Pennsylvania and the country as a whole.  Without this funding, which will address legacy pollution while creating good-paying jobs, Pennsylvania would not be able to make the impact in a relatively short amount of time to protect health and safety of the public while protecting the environment that this legislation has afforded us.
